When does Monaco Bay RV Resort open?
Monaco Bay opens in early 2027 in Titusville, Florida. The exact date is being finalized. Join the priority list and we'll tell you first, by text and email, the moment reservations go live, before we open to the public.
Where is the resort located?
Our current address is 1955 US-1 N, Titusville, FL 32796, on Florida's Space Coast. Once the resort officially opens, the address will be 2703 Sun Coast Dr, Titusville, FL 32796. Either way, you're minutes from the Atlantic beaches, the Indian River, and the Kennedy Space Center.
What amenities will be available?
A zero-entry resort pool, championship pickleball courts, a fully equipped fitness gym, a cedar sauna, a golf simulator, and horseshoe pits under the palms, with more added as we build.
Do the sites have full hookups?
Yes. Every site includes full hookups with 30 and 50 amp service, plus fast Wi-Fi throughout the resort.
Is the resort pet friendly?
Yes. Bring the whole family. Monaco Bay is pet friendly.
How do I reserve a spot?
Join the priority list on this page. You'll get first pick of sites and launch rates before we open in early 2027. Online booking opens ahead of opening day, and priority-list members get in first.
